Sanitary Tubing Hangers for Data Centers
Overview:
Sanitary tubing hangers are designed to support and secure stainless steel tubing and hose assemblies in high-purity liquid-cooling and process systems. Engineered for strength, cleanliness, and vibration isolation, these hangers maintain precise alignment while preventing stress on piping and fittings. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials with smooth, crevice-free surfaces, they meet CFIA and OCP cleanliness standards—making them ideal for Data Center cooling infrastructure where reliability, serviceability, and contamination control are essential.
Key Technical Advantages:
High-Grade Stainless Steel Construction: Typically fabricated from 304 or 316L stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and strength.
Sanitary, Crevice-Free Design: Polished surfaces prevent particulate buildup and ensure coolant system cleanliness.
Vibration Dampening Inserts: Optional EPDM or silicone inserts reduce mechanical vibration and noise transfer to building structures.
Adjustable Mounting Hardware: Allows precise alignment and height adjustment for tubing and hose routing in mechanical rooms or under-floor spaces.
Temperature and Chemical Resistance: Suitable for use in systems operating from –40 °C to +200 °C (–40 °F to +392 °F).
CFIA-Compliant Construction: Supports sanitary installation and clean-in-place (CIP) compatibility.
Variety of Configurations: Available in single, twin, and heavy-duty hanger styles for different pipe diameters and load conditions.
Data-Center Application Focus:
In Data Center liquid-cooling systems, sanitary tubing hangers ensure mechanical stability, cleanliness, and alignment of stainless steel piping networks. They are commonly used to support coolant distribution lines, manifold assemblies, and return circuits, minimizing stress on connections during thermal expansion or vibration. The sanitary design and vibration-dampening options help maintain coolant integrity while reducing operational noise and equipment fatigue. With corrosion-resistant materials and adjustable mounting options, sanitary tubing hangers provide the secure, clean, and maintenance-friendly support required for OCP-compliant Data Center cooling infrastructure.
